Add weighted search fields with configurable score aggregation

Support priorities with maximum or summed field scores, deduplicating array contributions within each field. Preserve legacy unconfigured scores and unchanged query scoring. Document migration, relevance and shared-index tradeoffs. Implements the proposal from @zeevallin in #13.
