docs(perf): the October board refresh, the streaming-SSR lane and the Vapor lane

Journal entries for the 2026-10-15/17 benchmarking work, additive on top
of the sections #4114 carried: the Octane board refresh and same-harness
A/B (no regression from the core rewrite), the mapArray candidates 1–4,
the streaming-SSR shell lane (the Apple-Silicon idle-core artifact and
the fork's pinning fix; hop marks; the cold working set; the throw-count
and handler-frame findings behind #4115 and #4122; the serializer
session priced; lazy list memos tried and withdrawn), the Vapor lane
(where Solid trails Vue Vapor by op class, the single-update and list
profiles, the change-window cut that measured nothing against the
journal's own deferral of the metadata channel, the js-framework
per-op breakdown, the signal-favoring adapter's flush(fn) form), and the
strategy doc's notes on pinning, the probe fields and the profiling
drivers. No code changes.
