docs: install the VS Code extension from the Marketplace

The extension is on the Marketplace as dpyly.amlint. The Editors page,
README, install docs, llms.txt and AGENTS.md point there instead of
building the .vsix, and say that new checks come with pip install -U
amlint, not with an extension update. PUBLISHING.md drops the access
token example for CI: the Marketplace needs a global token, and Azure
DevOps retires those on December 1, 2026. It lists Entra ID workload
identity federation and Open VSX instead.
