Release v0.6.0

Ships everything merged since 0.5.0: amlint lsp, a language server with
findings as you type, hover on routes and quick fixes, plus a VS Code
extension in editors/vscode (not on the Marketplace yet); the route tree
as a Mermaid diagram and a changed-routes diagram in the PR comment;
Typing :: Typed and Python 3 :: Only classifiers.

- pyproject.toml: version 0.6.0
- CHANGELOG: [Unreleased] becomes [0.6.0] - 2026-10-17, with highlights
- action.yml, README, docs, llms.txt and the plugin skill: examples name
  v0.6.0
- 709 tests (Python 3.9), ruff clean, mkdocs --strict passes; the wheel
  builds, reports 0.6.0 and serves amlint lsp
