* perf: compute only the TXT name when checking for missing records

Don't render the whole records

* fix(registry/txt): key missing-TXT check on set identifier and share TXT naming

The missing-TXT check looked names up in a name-only set, so the
current-format TXT of one routed record hid a missing one for another
record with the same name. Look up existingTXTs, which keys on name and
set identifier, and drop the duplicate set.

generateTXTRecordWithFilter now builds its name with txtRecordName so
both paths cannot drift. txtRecordName checks labels directly instead of
allocating an Endpoint, which also stops Records() from logging over-long
names on every call.
