fix(mcp): open checkout through the connect handshake (#75)

* fix(mcp): open checkout through the connect handshake

POST /api/v1/checkout/sessions requires a connect token, and the guest
signup route is gone. Listen on localhost the way microlink buy does,
then start checkout with that token.

Register the idempotency key before the listener starts, and abort a
checkout request that does not finish within the connect window.

Leave the loopback server up briefly so the browser can read the 204,
matching microlink buy. If Connect already returns a checkout session,
do not open a second one.

A lone checkout call already throws when the loopback listener fails. The shared ready promise was rejected too, and with nobody waiting Node can exit the MCP process.
