fix(operator): patch NodeWright status in HandleMigrations and HandleFinalizer (#853)

Both still wrote the status subresource with a whole-object Update, which
sends the full 1 to 3 MB status of a large NodeWright and fails on any
resourceVersion race. TrackReboots moved to a merge patch from the pass
snapshot in #651; this applies the same form to the two remaining sites.
The optimistic-locked finalizer removal that follows still holds, because
the patch refreshes the object's resourceVersion the way Update did.
