Commit Message

Run Prettier on the whole tree and check it in CircleCI

Stop limiting formatting to app/javascript. The CircleCI eslint job now
runs `yarn prettier --check .`, which honors .prettierignore.

Remove the obsolete stylelint-config-prettier package. Extend Stylelint
with stylelint-config-standard and stylelint-prettier/recommended, and
bump prettier to 3.9.10. Ignore node_modules, coverage, tmp, log,
yarn.lock, and docs/images so the full-tree check skips generated files
and images. Include README.md and docs markdown, and apply Prettier to
those files.
