WEB-4495 : Add taxonomy term labels to SearchableText

collective.taxonomy indexes term identifiers only, so a text search
cannot find an object by the label of its category.

SmartwebIndexableObjectWrapper adds the labels to SearchableText for all
content types, in the catalog and in Solr. When a term is renamed or
removed in the taxonomy editor or with PATCH @taxonomy, the objects that
use it are reindexed. Upgrade step 1089 reindexes existing objects.
