fix: keep the line endings of the cloned boilerplates on every platform

Git for Windows sets core.autocrlf=true by default, so the clones of the
boilerplate repositories were checked out with CRLF there, and dump wrote
a different .gitignore than on other platforms. The clones are gixor's own
and never edited, so check them out with core.autocrlf=false and
core.eol=lf: gix applies them as in-memory overrides on clone and pull,
and git clone writes them into the configuration of the clone.
