Fix WFS burnt area date filter excluding the start day (#2)

The filter compared LASTUPDATE >= "start/end" as one literal. LASTUPDATE
is compared as a string (e.g. "2026-10-14 07:47:40.96") and ' ' sorts
before '/', so every timestamp on the start day was excluded and the end
date was ignored. Use >= start AND < end instead.
