perf(db): optimize data import with batch transactions

Implement `StoreBatch` in the SQLite repository to insert multiple
routes
within a single transaction using prepared statements. This dramatically
improves import performance by eliminating per-route fsync overhead and
batching trigger execution.

Fixes #190
