Retire Python 3.10 wheel builds and CI environments (#571) Remove the `cp310-*` wheel build/test matrix entry, retaining Python 3.11–3.14. Move the plotting and documentation workflows to Python 3.12. Pin cibuildwheel 4.3.1 once in the build command and remove obsolete prerelease settings. Explicitly disable its new default Windows repair step so CMake continues to package the original `bladebit_harvester.dll` beside the extension, preserving the released wheel layout and loading behavior. Validation: cibuildwheel 4.3.1 resolves an empty Windows repair command for all four Python targets. Earlier configuration/build-identifier checks, YAML parsing, actionlint, and diff checks passed. Native CI is rerunning for this change. <!-- CURSOR_SUMMARY --> --- > [!NOTE] > **Medium Risk** > Upgrading cibuildwheel and changing supported Python versions affects published wheels and Windows DLL layout; the empty repair command is an explicit safeguard for that behavior. > > **Overview** > **Drops Python 3.10** from the cibuildwheel matrix so release wheels target **3.11–3.14** only. Documentation and k=27 plot workflows now run on **Python 3.12** instead of 3.10. > > **Wheel builds** consolidate on a single **`cibuildwheel==4.3.1`** invocation (replacing per-version pins and removing `CIBW_PRERELEASE_PYTHONS`). On Windows, **`repair-wheel-command = ""`** in `pyproject.toml` turns off cibuildwheel 4.x’s default repair step so **`bladebit_harvester.dll`** stays packaged next to the extension as before. > > Reviewed by [Cursor Bugbot](https://cursor.com/bugbot) for commit cef0c20f4.
