fix: admit verified private demo session environments (#46)

Authenticated private Detective demo projects could open saved queries but Sessions returned unavailable when the host had no explicit shared environment catalog. Fall back only to the current actor’s verified private-demo admission, exact pinned template commit and declared environments; preserve operator catalog precedence for configured projects.

Reuse the existing exact Chinook catalog validator and InvoiceId subject. Derive stable identity domains scoped by storage, space, project, environment and template commit. Every request keeps current assigned-contact authorization; ordinary projects receive no implicit environments.

Validation: focused session-context suites passed in facade4datatug and api4datatug; related demo/session/shared-read regressions passed. Tests cover revoked or wrong actors, changed template, missing or ordinary admissions, invalid/duplicate environments, configured catalog precedence, catalog refusal, changed fixture and identity isolation. FIRESTORE_EMULATOR_HOST was absent; these are memory-DAL and API unit receipts, not Firestore conformance or deployed browser proof.
