:bug: Retain test proxy iterators and document lifetimes (#835)

CI intermittently raised `AttributeError` for missing `__javamethods__`
on `_TestImplemIterator`, followed by a Java `NullPointerException` in
`Collections.max`. Java proxies store raw Python pointers and do not
keep their Python callback implementations alive.

Initialize the iterator base class, retain callback iterators in the
test collection, and exercise Java callbacks after forced Python GC.

Document strong-reference requirements for objects passed to Java or
returned from callbacks. Show explicit cleanup after synchronous use,
and explain retention growth and longer-lived Java callbacks.
Correct the example iterator boundary and listIterator overload name.
