Escape key punctuation in oc.dict.values references (#1430)

Escape path punctuation and backslashes before generating value references. A literal key `a.b` now generates `${mapping.a\.b}` and selects that entry. Keep the existing ListConfig and live-reference behavior. Share private key escape/unescape helpers with the grammar visitor.

Validation: 601 focused tests; 9,143 full-suite tests passed, 362 skipped, 100% coverage. Formatting, lint, typing, generated API, and documentation checks passed.

Partially addresses #1424. Existing interpolation-key syntax restrictions remain.
