docs(readme): install scripts are served from datatug.app (#386)

The CLI install scripts moved: `https://datatug.app/install/get-cli` and `get-cli.ps1` are now the canonical, advertised addresses (founder decision 2026-10-15; datatug/websites#107). The old datatug.io addresses stay as permanent redirects, so nothing breaks; the README now names the canonical ones. The installation guide link (datatug.io/install/) is unchanged.
