Limit rundirichlet smoke test runs so they finish quickly in CI

Add a run of the recommended de-mix direction proposal
(generate_mixture_random_direction), which runs unconstrained. The other
runs are randomly limited to either 10 nested sampling iterations or 1000
model evaluations (one of the two per run), so the whole script finishes
in well under a minute instead of risking the 20-minute no-output
timeout on slow CI CPUs.
