Report request session IDs in lifecycle metrics (#898)

Weka replay subagent requests already use a distinct wire session ID,
but `per_request_lifecycle_metrics.json` only retained the parent
`session_id`. This made it difficult to verify the routing identity used
for an individual request.

This follow-up to #874 preserves `request_session_id` on
`RequestLifecycleMetric` and emits it in per-request lifecycle entries
when present. `session_id` remains the parent replay session used for
aggregation, and parent requests omit `request_session_id` because their
wire identity is already represented by `session_id`.

Validation:

- 79 focused client, report generation, and report validation tests
passed
- 2,306 tests passed and 10 skipped in the full suite; two unrelated
Rich progress-history assertions fail in this local non-interactive
environment
- `ruff check .`
- `ruff format --check .`
- `mypy --strict ./inference_perf ./tests`
- CLI flag and runtime metric documentation sync checks
