`MeanRasterPixelValuesOverTime` and `ClassHistogram` no longer reject
raster sources with multiple bands.

- `MeanRasterPixelValuesOverTime` gets the optional `bandNames` parameter
  (empty = all bands). A single band is still drawn as an area chart,
  multiple bands as a line chart with one line per band. If the bands
  have different measurements, the y-axis is unitless.
- `ClassHistogram` uses `columnName` as band name for rasters. It
  defaults to the first band, and the band must be a classification.
- Remove the now unused `OperatorDoesNotSupportMultiBandsSources(Yet)`
  errors.
- UI: the class histogram dialog lets you select a classification band
  of raster layers.
- Plots: truncate axis labels depending on the chart height, so long
  class names leave space for the bars on small plot cards, and show
  the full label and count as a tooltip on bar charts.

Existing processing graphs remain valid, so no migration is needed.
Regenerated openapi.json, API clients and operator docs.
