Phase 1 of the read-only db metadata set (spec: spec/features/cli/db/metadata): `datatug db table <name>` and `datatug db column <table> <column>` with columns (declared type, length/precision/scale, family, nullability, default, PK position, autoIncrement), primary key, foreign keys both directions, indexes, constraints, view definition (SQLite), optional --counts, and an explicit unsupported list. db schema is refactored onto the shared session opener; its output is unchanged.
