Add peak evaluation to FFCx (#900)

* Add peak evaluation to FFCx

* Fix mixed-dimensional peak expressions and harden entity-type dispatch

- Tabulate a codim-0 element in a mixed-dimensional peak expression
  without permutation: a vertex has a single orientation.
- Allow expression data on the parent mesh or on a mesh of the
  evaluated entities only, rejecting other codimensions with a clear
  error; support point-submesh (codim 3) data for peaks.
- Gather a point submesh's coordinates through the peak closure table.
- Map expression entity types to integral types and resolve entity
  symbols explicitly, raising on an unknown entity type.
- Test coefficient/gradient values and mixed-dimensional data at peaks.

* Compile demos as strict ISO C and add an entity Expression demo

Zero-size arrays, such as an Expression's points on a vertex, are a GNU
extension: gcc and clang accept them unless -pedantic, while MSVC fails
with C2466. Compile the demos with -pedantic-errors -Wall, and add a
demo of Expressions on cells, facets, ridges and peaks, including
zero-dimensional points and data on point submeshes, so every CI
compiler sees that code.
