core: ignore a machine serial number that is not a string

An event with a machine serial number that is not a string made the
enrich worker stop. The queue sent the message again, and the worker
stopped again, until the queue expired the message.

EventMetadata ignores a machine serial number that is not a string,
and writes a warning. The Munki, Osquery and Santa enrollment endpoints
reject such a serial number with a 400 error, before they verify the
enrollment secret. The Munki and Osquery endpoints also reject a JSON
body that is not an object.

An event that the enrich worker cannot process still stops it. A
dead-letter queue on the events queue keeps such an event after a
fixed number of deliveries.
