Do not index the owner data for the full text search

The view hides the owner fields from visitors (read permission), but
the SearchableText indexer indexed them. An anonymous visitor could
find a published patrimoine with the name, e-mail or phone of its
owner. The indexer now skips the fields with a read permission.

Upgrade step 1006 reindexes the SearchableText of the existing items.
