fix: provide flowcontroller identity for xplane toleration inheritance (#3506)

fix: enable xplane to inherit the flowcontroller DaemonSet's
tolerations.

Inject `POD_NAME` alongside the existing `POD_NAMESPACE` so Spectrum-X
Operator can discover its actual owning DaemonSet, and grant the
DaemonSet access needed to watch the source and reconcile xplane. This
accompanies the Spectrum-X Operator main-branch inheritance fix; the new
image requires these manifest changes when adopted.

Validation: full `go test ./pkg/state`, `go build ./...`, and pinned
golangci-lint v2.12.2 passed. Added rendering checks for pod identity
and DaemonSet permissions. No live cluster qualification was performed.
