Escape missing_keys() paths for literal dictionary keys (#1428)

OmegaConf.missing_keys() used diagnostic full-key strings as machine paths. Literal dots and brackets could collide with nested paths or direct updates to another node; empty keys could disappear entirely.

Build missing paths from raw node metadata, escaping dots, brackets and equals signs and preserving empty string segments as []. Keep diagnostic full keys and subtree root anchoring unchanged, and preserve transparent union-container boundaries. Cover selection, updates, dotlist parsing, sequences, missing-value interpolations and resolver opt-in behavior, and update the documentation and release fragment.

Fixes #1423.

General path addressability and non-string key limitations remain tracked in #1427; resolver and nested-key interpolation fixes are separate issues #1424 and #1425.

Validation: 9,276 tests passed (362 skipped), 100% statement coverage, Ruff formatting/lint, Pyrefly checks and 100% public type coverage, generated API snapshot, and 110 current documentation examples.
