Single-lap eXplora transition script; AGENTS RealFlight lessons (#413)

Adds `flights/explora_transition_lap.csv`: the eXplora transition
mission with one plane lap instead of two, for transition checks. It
saves about 60 s a run.

## Script

Same waypoints as `flights/explora_transition.csv`, with the second lap
removed:
- climb in hover over spawn to 20 m;
- forward transition on the north leg;
- one clockwise lap of the 240 × 120 m rectangle at 30 m and 14 m/s;
- back transition after the west leg into (−90, 6.49);
- hover home at 25 m, then `--end land`.

The back transition starts at the same point, heading and airspeed as in
the two-lap mission, so runs compare with the earlier tables (#400,
#404, #405). The two-lap script stays for checking plane navigation.

## AGENTS.md lessons from #400 and #405

- **Tick rate:** screen RealFlight runs by `wall_s` rows per second
around the measured event, and drop runs below about 245 Hz. Every tick
advances `dt`-based clocks by the nominal 4 ms, so at 170 Hz a 3 m/s
descent target moves at 2 m/s. A release build skips less but doesn't
stop it.
- **Explaining a trace:** replay the recorder CSV through the real
component with nominal `dt` before suspecting a bug.
- **Comparable runs:** the same settings can hand over climbing or
sinking, so fly several runs and compare runs with a matched handover.
- **Logging:** examples need `RUST_LOG=info` to log anything.
- **`check!` in a loop:** only the first failing row reports, so confirm
each row fails on its own.
