perf(view): compute calculateIntervalWidth from per-day prefix sums

calculateIntervalWidth summed getDayWidth() one day at a time from the
interval start, so getXAtDate() cost O(days from the view start) and every
item, baseline item and link endpoint paid it again on each computeRefs.
Cache prefix sums of the same getDayWidth() values per view (rebuilt when the
view start moves) so each call is O(1); positions are unchanged.
