Bump x/net and x/text in the Go SDK module (#6828)

The sdk/go module pinned golang.org/x/net v0.57.0 and golang.org/x/text
v0.40.0, which Grype flags for GO-2026-6603, -6610, -6611, -6612, -6617
(HTTP/2) and GO-2026-6629 (x/text precis panic). Align both with the
versions the root module already uses.
