break: upgrade orval to 8 (#500)

* break: upgrade orval to 8

- orval 6.20.0 -> 8.42.0 (build now needs Node >= 22.18; CI runs 24).
- Keep every schema in the Lambdas-filtered output
  (includeUnreferencedSchemas), which orval >= 7 prunes by default.
- Generated operations send upper-case methods; the custom client
  accepts both cases and still passes lower-case methods to the fetch
  component.
- Generated files import with node16-style ".js" specifiers; map them
  in jest.

Breaking (types only): free-form objects are typed as
{ [key: string]: unknown } instead of any (e.g. Entity.metadata in
getWearables/getEmotes/getThirdParty* results), and a few generated
aliases (*ElementsItem, PostEntity4xx/503, ValidateSignature400,
*Parameter in lambdas-client) are no longer emitted.

* chore: add .nvmrc for node 24

orval 8 needs Node >= 22.18 to build; matches the Node version of the shared CI workflow.
