Use the source-region-preset hierarchy with one collection per region. Remove category configuration, grouping, merging, and legacy layout fallbacks; derive labels from backend names and validate stable identities.

Validated with 43 EDV tests, targeted ESLint and Prettier checks, a production build, and Chromium selection and pagination checks.

Address PR #1304 review comment 4228149318. Preserve valid catalogue selections, reset dependent presets synchronously, and keep initial map-center selection independent of later panning.

* fix(ui): center the EOdyssey time controls and arrow icons

Address PR #1304 review comment 4228321519. Center the date/navigation group horizontally and align icon content vertically. Verified in Chromium at 244, 280, and 320 pixel panel widths.
