avnd: don't build QPointers from a deleted process model on gfx teardown

Closing a document deletes the process models, then processes events. If
the gfx timer runs then and removes a GPU output node (e.g. Lightness
Computer), recompute_graph() rebuilds the render lists and creates new
renderers for the remaining nodes. prepareNewState() then made a QPointer
from GfxNode::processModel, a reference to the already-deleted model, which
picked up a garbage refcount block: closing led-combination.score while
playing aborted with heap corruption (0xC0000374).

Take the QPointer once in the GfxNode constructor, while the model is alive,
and copy it into each renderer's send_message.
