fix: request tieba and zhihu with desktop user agents (#708)

The shared got client picks a random user agent from top-user-agents,
and about a third of them are mobile. Tieba answers mobile user agents
with an HTML page instead of the user_json payload, so JSON.parse fails
and the provider reports a miss. Zhihu answers them with a 403.

Measured from the staging Fly machine: tieba desktop 10/10, mobile 0/10;
zhihu desktop 4/10, mobile 0/10.
