fix(deploy): read the HF token from token.hfToken in the Secret template (#897)

Fixes #896

#281 moved the chart's token keys under `token:` in `values.yaml` and
the Job. The Secret template kept reading `hfToken` and the README kept
the old keys. Setting `token.hfToken` left the pod stuck on `secret
"<release>-inference-perf-hf-secret" not found`. The README's `--set
hfToken` created the Secret and gave the Job no `HF_TOKEN`.

The Secret template reads `token.hfToken`, and the README documents the
`token.*` keys. Setting the top-level `hfToken` or `hfSecret` fails the
install with a message naming the `token.*` keys, so a run never starts
without the token it was given.

Testing:
- `helm template`: `token.hfToken` renders the Secret and the Job reads
it with the same key. `token.hfSecret.*` reads the named Secret, and
with both set it takes precedence, as `values.yaml` documents. The
top-level keys fail with the new message. `helm lint` passes.
- On a kind cluster with a stand-in image that reports `HF_TOKEN`:
- On main, `token.hfToken` hit `CreateContainerConfigError`, and
`hfToken` started the pod without `HF_TOKEN`.
- With this change, `token.hfToken` and `token.hfSecret.*` both
delivered the token, and `--set hfToken` failed the install.
