fix(web): Loading + lazy hydration order beside a sibling (#4049); respond() with non-JSON values (#4060); docs errata (#4051, #4052, #4053) (#4061)

* docs: correct Loading on, refresh, and five recipe errata (#4051, #4052, #4053)

- 05-async-data: `on` takes a value; the compiler already wraps the
  expression, so a function passed to `on` is never called. Use
  `on={(id(), 1)}` and drop the "tracked accessor" claim (#4051).
- 05/06: refresh a derived store through its root; nested nodes are not
  typed as refreshable and refresh granularity is the whole projection
  (#4052).
- 01: `untrack` does not exempt writes in owned scope (the guard is
  owner-based); point to handlers/onSettled or `ownedWrite`.
- 02: pinned derivation reads `source()` unconditionally so it keeps its
  dependency while pinned.
- 03: effect error arm is `createEffect(compute, { effect, error })`.
- 04/MIGRATION/CHEATSHEET: `storePath` is not exported from solid-js;
  replace the recipe with draft-setter equivalents.
- MIGRATION: derived-store example reads `items.length`, not `items()`
  (#4053).

* fix(web): encode respond()'s passthrough body lazily so non-JSON values work (#4060)

respond() built its no-JS JSON body eagerly with JSON.stringify, which
throws on a bigint and failed the server function on both the direct and
HTTP legs, although neither reads that body. Encode it on first read, and
hand unscripted callers the carried body only when the value is JSON-safe;
otherwise the value negotiates like a plain return.
