feat: add sketchfab provider (#696)

Resolves avatars through the public api.sketchfab.com/v3/users/@<username>
endpoint, picking the widest image. The users?username= filter is ignored by
the API, so it is not used. Sketchfab's three shared low-poly placeholder
avatars resolve to undefined.
