Create drop-down category filter on index page to show restaurants on the map (#54)

* Install faker gem

* Add dropdown to index page

* Reload index page with category selections on map

* Correctly condition refresh of selected_restaurants global gon variable

* Pass category to restaurant factory

* Refactor tests for a select 'Anything'

* Remove console logs, refactor restaurant_edit steps

* Remove submit button

* Wait for tests to load map

* Add styling to index dropdown

* Reposition question box

* Move google map buttons so we don't cover them up

* Move google buttons to right side

* Bump box up just a smidge

* Remove unused conditional in map.js

* Remove comments
