docs: add an animated walkthrough of running a node

"Running a Node": a canvas walkthrough of what an Archon node is made of
and how to run one. It covers the required settings in .env, the four
core services with their ports and their TypeScript, Rust and Python
implementations, the minimal stack and the node's own agent DID, Compose
profiles for peers, chains, storage and UIs, Drawbridge as the public
front door with its upstream profiles, Prometheus and Grafana, and which
ports to expose and what to back up. Linked from the docs index before
the convergence walkthrough.
