* fix: abort hanging retryable 5xx so the request can retry

shouldAbortDownload skipped cancel whenever got would retry, so a 5xx
that never ended its body never became HTTPError and never retried.
Destroy the unread IncomingMessage instead: got sees ECONNRESET, retries,
and the final attempt can still cancel as before.

* test: note that hang fixtures must write to flush headers

writeHead alone stays corked, so a headers-only handler never emits
response and the abort never runs.
