feat: pass Module-named language options to CMake

holoscan build and holoscan test select C++ or Python with
HOLOHUB_BUILD_CPP and HOLOHUB_BUILD_PYTHON, so every Module had to map
these HoloHub names onto its own options.

In a Module, both commands now also pass the same options prefixed with
the Module name, such as HOLOSCAN_MY_SENSOR_BUILD_PYTHON for
holoscan-my-sensor. The HoloHub names are still passed, so HoloHub
projects and existing Modules keep working; they are deprecated for
Modules. The Module template defines the new options and uses them to
choose which example application languages to build.

Module containers also drop two HoloHub leftovers: the benchmarking
folder is added to PYTHONPATH only when the project has it, and the
container ID file no longer has a HoloHub name.
