Keep one open window in aggregateCandles instead of a bucket map

Candles arrive time-sorted, so the window index never decreases and every
candle for a window comes in one run. One window is therefore open at a
time, closing when the index moves on, which removes the bucket map and
the parallel slice that recorded insertion order. The window closes
before cancellation is checked, so an aborted request still returns whole
windows only.

Over 43,200 candles into 100 windows: 6.53ms and 2.83MB allocated per
operation before, 5.53ms and 1.77MB after.
