Resolver: #[SensitiveParameter] hides arrays and other non-scalar arguments too (thx @spaze)

Only a scalar argument was wrapped in the /*sensitive{*/ marker, so an array
such as database credentials stayed readable in Tracy's source snippets. An
argument may now be of any type, including an array holding references or
statements, which is why the wrapping happens after the arguments are
completed and formats them through PhpGenerator.

This also fixes Container::createInstance() and callMethod(): the wrapping
lived in autowireArguments(), which they call at runtime, so a sensitive
scalar parameter received a PhpGenerator\Literal instead of its value.
