feat: shorten default ControlPath to <dir>/scw-%C (#45)

The socket path grew with user/host/port and could exceed the unix domain
socket limit (108 on Linux, 104 on macOS; ssh appends 17 more chars while
binding), so the master could not be created. %C is a fixed-length hash of
%l%h%p%r, so the path no longer depends on the host name length. The
prefix is shortened from ssh-client-wrapper- to scw-.

Also fix getControlPersistDir throwing a TypeError when the configured
directory does not exist.
