test: run doctests in a scratch directory instead of writing to /tmp

The save() and save_ply() examples wrote to a fixed path under /tmp,
which does not exist on Windows and left files behind after every run.
A root conftest.py now runs every doctest in its own temporary directory
holding a copy of the test data, so the examples read and write plain
relative paths like a user would. The lint env covers the new file.

Based on the idea in #244 by @schlagskill.
