safchaintopology: Add OpenContrail probe This probe handles interfaces managed by OpenContrail by adding the port uuid and creating links between them. - The port uuid is retrieved by querying the introspect page of the Opencontrail vrouter agent. - The vhost interface is linked to its physical interface. - Interfaces that have a port uuid are linked to the vhost interface.
