Commit Message

:bug: Clean up download progress output

Finish the terminal progress line when each download attempt ends,
so retry warnings, errors and later log lines no longer overwrite or
append to a leftover "- Download NN%\r" fragment. Log the saved path
once the download succeeds.

Skip per-block progress when stdout is not a TTY. Redirected output
(CI logs, pipes, files) used to collect thousands of carriage-return
fragments; it now shows only the start and success messages.

Add regression tests for both output modes, unknown sizes, retries
and failures.
