feat(query): preserve meanings across project stores (#44)

Project query stores now retain the typed semanticModel bundle when users save MeaningGraph concepts and ModelSpec field bindings. GitHub snapshots accept the upgraded metadata while still refusing unknown nested data, and GitHub/shared project capabilities advertise support so clients can avoid lossy saves through older servers.

Validation: full backend Go suite passes with 88.0% total coverage against the provider implementation; regression tests cover GitHub document preservation and shared query atomic revision, replay, and stale-write refusal. Core dependency uses the published provider release.
