:white_check_mark: Add Release simulator startup smoke

CI currently builds generated apps without launching them. Add a small
app and runner to check that embedded Python preserves native arguments,
loads bundled modules, and reaches the Kivy event loop in Release.

Build for a generic arm64 simulator, then choose an available iPhone on
the newest iOS runtime that meets the built app minimum OS. Launch
twice: first without arguments, then with -NSDocumentRevisionsDebugMode
YES. The app checks argv before disabling the separate Kivy argument
parser, exercises JSON, zlib, SQLite and SSL, and checks the SDL2 window
from a scheduled Clock callback.

Accept only a fresh launch ID and matching case with event-loop success.
Use atomic JSON files so suppressed Release logs do not hide the result.
Bound commands and result waits, kill command children on timeout, and
keep build logs, inventories, launch output and failure details. Remove
the test app afterward and shut down only a simulator booted by the run.

Run the smoke in the existing non-venv Apple Silicon job with a
20-minute limit and upload diagnostics even on failure. Add Linux tests
for device selection, stale results, invalid output, timeouts and child
cleanup. Document local setup, result files, diagnostics and reruns.
