Fix generic type argument bugs and cover generics, tags and the schema loader (#125)

* docparse: resolve a slice of a type parameter to its type argument

* docparse: return an error for type arguments on a type that is not generic

* docparse: cover generic struct fields with valid and invalid type arguments

* docparse: cover each setTags tag with valid and invalid values

* docparse: cover custom schema loading with valid and invalid files

* docparse: give each generic instantiation its own type arguments

* docparse: resolve a generic map value without renaming the source identifier
