Require Contao 5.3 and PHP 8.2, drop Contao 4.13 support (#109)

* Require Contao 5.3, drop Contao 4.13 support

- Require contao/core-bundle ^5.3 and Symfony ^6.4 || ^7.0
- Remove Contao 4.13 from the CI matrix, run coverage on 5.3
- Remove the activeRecord fallback in AliasDcaFieldListener
- Replace PageModel::getFrontendUrl()/getAbsoluteUrl() (deprecated in
  Contao 5.3, removed in 6) with the content URL generator; this also
  fixes the wrong host in RequestUtil::getBaseUrl() and lets the entity
  finder fall back for pages without a route
- Switch the bundle class to AbstractBundle, the manager plugin no
  longer loads the service config
- Use the single Contao rector sets up to 5.3 (the level sets reference
  Symfony sets removed in Rector 2) and enable annotations to attributes
- Remove the legacy test autoloader and the unused TestCaseEnvironment

* CI: test against Contao 5.7 instead of 5.6

All Contao 5.6 releases are blocked by Composer because of security
advisories. Contao 5.7 requires PHP 8.3. Only pin contao/core-bundle,
since the installable contao/test-case 5.7 releases require PHPUnit 12.

* Migrate service config to PHP, require PHP 8.2

- Replace config/services.yaml with config/services.php (same
  definitions, tags and bindings; autowire/autoconfigure as defaults)
- Require PHP ^8.2, drop PHP 8.1 from CI, run rector job on 8.2
- Use the PHP 8.2 rector level set (no changes)

* Guard base url host, test URL generation through real Contao routing

- RequestUtil::getBaseUrl() falls back when the generated URL has no
  scheme or host, e.g. a redirect page targeting mailto:
- Add tests for RequestUtil and the entity finder that run through a
  real ContentUrlGenerator with the Contao page registry, page URL
  generator and page/string resolvers
